Event Concession Vendor Agreement

Breakfast with Santa & Holiday Bazaar

This is an agreement between the Joppatowne Lions Club (hereafter referred to as the “Lions Club”) and <insert name below> (hereafter referred to as “Vendor”).
The Lions Club will be hosting our annual Breakfast with Santa & Holiday Bazaar (hereafter referred to as “Event”) at the Joppatowne High School on December 9th beginning at 9AM and ending at 1PM.  
The vendor has issued a required payment to the Lions Club in the amount of $25.00 as a registration fee. Payments can be made below via PayPal (account not required), or by mailing a check to: Joppatowne Lions Club, P.O. Box 6, Joppatowne, MD 21085. The Lions Club and the vendor both agree to the following terms:
1. All vendors will be given access to the event premises one (1) hour before the event begins so that setup and preparation may be undertaken.
2. Vendors are responsible for all necessary equipment they may require for setup: Table(s), chairs, etc. Nothing will be provided by the Lions Club or the venue.
3. Vendors will not offer for sale or for free, any items or services that are not first disclosed here without prior written consent from the Lions Club.
4. Vendor stations shall be no bigger than 10 x 10 feet or taller than 12 feet and shall be clean and orderly and shall adhere to all applicable laws and regulations of the County and State of said event.
5. Vendors and their staff may exhibit that goods are for sale only while the staff is within the area of the vendor’s specified location. Vendors are not permitted to walk the event premises selling their wares.
6. Vendors and their staff must be appropriately dressed, their appearance presentable and they shall conduct themselves in an orderly and civil manner.
7. There is to be no loud distracting music, noise, and or sound amplification devices used by vendors or their staff.
8. Vendors will have access to the location for up to one (1) hour following the conclusion of the event to dismantle and remove all product, equipment and trash. Vendors shall leave the location free from trash and in the condition that it was in before the start of the event.
9. Vendors and their staff agree to hold the Joppatowne Lions free from liability for any damages or claims that may develop in connection with participating in the aforementioned event.
Applicable Law
This contract shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland in Harford County and any applicable Federal Law.
In agreement to the above mentioned terms a representative of the Event and Vendor sign below:

This statement is to be considered the lawful digital signature of the Joppatowne Lions Club Board of Directors and confirms agreement and acceptance of this agreement between the aforementioned Vendor and the Joppatowne Lions Club.
